We use Guittard chocolate, Skippy Super Chunk peanut butter, pure cane sugars, pure vanilla and pasteurized eggs. We make our cookies using the traditional American "Kitchen Method". We hand-form our doughs and bake at higher than usual temperatures ensuring our cookies have a slightly crunchy surface and are moist inside.
