Note: If you have tried all the codes for a device and still cannot control the device, try again slowly. Be sure to fully depress the switches each time.
As you proceed, be sure that you manually turn off the device you wish to control. Also be sure that you fully press and hold the key for the device you wish to program until the red LED comes on.
Then press and release the power key and make sure the LED blinks once and then stays on. Next press CH+/CH- key repeatedly until the device turns on. Press and release the ENTER key to exit.
Try to operate the device using the appropriate keys (on/off, volume, etc.). If the device responds as expected, no further programming is necessary for that device. If the device does not respond, contact Excalibur with the make and model of the device.
