How to
Order
Order Online:
using our secure server (fastest option)
- To place an order online, click on any
product image.
- Choose the quantity you want and follow
the instructions on the screen to finalize your order.
- For Personalized Photo Products ONLY:
After placing your order online, you will be given an option to send your
photo(s) via regular mail or e-mail. Please include your order confirmation
number with your photo(s).
Buying from us is easy and secure. For
every item, there will be a click to order button. This button adds the
item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping
basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your
shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue
shopping.
You can put as many items as you want
in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order,
you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking View Shopping Cart
button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and
will include your order number. Please include your order number with your
photo/artwork. You can feel confident that your credit card information
is protected by our secure server.

How
to Send Photos or Artwork
Send us any color or Black and
White photo or flat artwork measuring up to 8"x10". No slides,
negatives or copyrighted art, please. If you are submitting a professional
photo, please include the photographer's release giving us permission to
reprint the image. Please note that the quality of your photo gift is dependent
on the quality of your image. A bright sharp image works best. Your photo
will be returned unharmed.
Uploading your photo/artwork:
We accept JPG or GIF images through our web form.- For the best quality photo gift, please make sure your image has a resolution of at least 300 dpi.
- After completing your online order form, you will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject with your uploaded photo.
- Please note that jpg images can only be sent for personalized products using only 1 photo.

How We Protect You
Shopping at Future Memories
is safe and guaranteed. Our secure server software encrypts all of your
personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so
that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. The
encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into
bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Options
Pay by Credit Card Using
Our Secure Server
We safely accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via our secured server.
Pay by check or postal money
order payable to Future Memories.
You can select "Mail
in check" on the order form and send us a personal check or money order
in U.S. dollars for the amount of your order. Please note that currently
we are only able to accept postal money order and checks denominated in
U.S. dollars and drawn on an U.S. bank. Paying by check slows down your
order since we don't ship the order to you until your funds clear.

Sales
Tax
Sales tax is collected only
on orders sent within the state of New York.
New York law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the
order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of
the product and must be included when sales are calculated.

Personalized Product orders
over $30 are shipped via UPS for standard service.
Personalized Photo Product orders under $30 are shipped via USPS for standard
service. There is no pick-up or delivery service for UPS orders on weekends.
All UPS orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
All orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Ship-To Address
If you would like us
to ship your gift to a different address you may do so at no extra charge.
We can also ship to multiple addresses. Each address in a multiple address
order should be treated as a new order. Simply submit a new order for every
address that you are shipping to.
P.O. Boxes
We cannot
ship any personalized item to a P.O. Box since we ship via UPS. Please provide
a street address.
Overseas
At
the moment we are not shipping outside of the continental United States.
Accuracy of Address
Please make
sure your address information is accurate and complete. If the address is incomplete
it may delay receipt of the package and you will be charged a fee to correct
the address (even if only the apartment or suite number is missing).

Return
Policy
If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for the selling price of the product. Please call for a Return Merchandie Authorization number before sending back any item. Future Memories, Inc. will not refund your purchase if item is returned in un-sellable condition. We do not refund shipping and handling charges or reimburse for the cost of returning the item to Future Memories. All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned. We do not refund bulk orders. There will be a 15% restocking fee for any order that meets our return guidelines and is non-defective.
Costume Return Policy: - Costumes may be returned/exchanged if they are in new, unused condition. Costumes cannot be returned after October 15th. Costumes can only be returned if they are in new, unopened condition and are subject to 20% restocking fee. Costumes to be exchanged due to incorrect size must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packing.
- Costume styles are subject to change without notice, due to manufacturer's production. These changes, no matter how slight, are beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The Manufacturers do not always notify us of these variations. We will reflect any changes to the costumes in the website descriptions and images as soon as we become aware of them. Thank you for your understanding with this issue.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Personalized Calendar
- Will I receive my photos
back safely and in the same condition?
All
photos will be returned unharmed with your order. Your photos are valuable
and we treat them as such.
- What is included with the
calendar kit?
The
calendar kit entitles you to 1 personalized calendar. Inside the kit are
discounts to order additional duplicate calendars, design ideas and instructions,
an envelope for you to return your photos, and options for customized dates,
lamination, card stock, a talking module to record your voice and more!
- Can I use black and white
photos?
Yes.
Black and white photos will create a nice nostalgic black and white appearance.
Your color photos will appear in color.
- How long does it take until
I receive my order?
Delivery
time takes approximately 3 weeks. We highly recommend ordering early, before
the Christmas rush, in order to avoid the possibility of any delays. Rush service is available in the
calendar kit at an additional charge.
- Does the size of the photo
matter?
Any
size photo is acceptable ranging from wallet size to 11"x17".
Remember to use the actual print and not a negative, slide, or copyrighted
photo.
- Does it matter if the photo
is horizontal or vertical?
Horizontal
and vertical photos are acceptable, however, horizontal formats do work
best. Horizontal photos will fill up the entire page, whereas vertical
photos will have white margins along the sides.
- What happens if most of
my photos are vertical?
If
8 or more of your photos are vertical we will turn around your calendar
to make it vertical. By doing so, your vertical photos will fill up the
whole page and your horizontal photos will have white margins. The calendar
itself will appear longer and narrower.
- Can I use more than 1 photo
on a page?
Yes,
however, you need to tape the back of the photos the way you want them
to appear on the calendar. To fill a full page, tape 2 vertical photos
side-by-side and send the image in exactly how you would like it to appear.
- Can I make a collage of
many photos?
Yes.
You need to tape your photos on to a solid white 8.5"x11" piece
of paper and write the month you want your photos to appear on the back
of the paper.
- Can the calendar start
on any month?
Yes.
Your calendar can start on any month or year and will end 12 months later.
This enables your personalized calendar to be a great gift any time of
the year.
- How large is the calendar?
The
whole calendar is 17" long by 10.5" wide. The photo portion is
10.5" long by 8.5" wide.
