On the top is the Alamo from San Antonio and on the bottom are two cowboys on horses herding steer. On the back are the words, "Texas, the Lone Star State, was admitted as a state on Dec. 29, 1845. The state bird is the Mockingbird; the state flower is the Bluebonnet; and the state tree is the Pecan. This exquisitely carved buckle is made of fully cast metal with a standard bale that fits up to 2" belts.
